O2Magic (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use facial scanning, health-related insights, and related features. By using O2Magic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
This Policy applies to the O2Magic mobile and web application and related services we operate. It does not apply to third-party websites or SDKs that may open in a browser or system sheet; those services have their own policies.
Account and profile details you provide (such as display name, contact information where applicable, and basic demographics you choose to add).
Device and technical information (such as device model, operating system version, app version, and diagnostic logs) to keep the service stable and secure.
Information generated when you use facial scanning or related features (such as derived metrics, timestamps, and session identifiers), as described in the “Facial scanning” section.
When you start a scan, we may request access to your camera to show a live preview and to run on-device or vendor SDK analysis. Processing is designed to support wellness-style insights and is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis.
Unless you explicitly use a feature that states it will save media, we do not store your raw facial video for the standard assessment flow. Derived results or quality metrics needed to show you a report may be stored according to your account settings and retention rules below.
You can withdraw camera permission at any time in system settings; some features will then be unavailable.
To provide, maintain, and improve O2Magic features, including facial scan flows and in-app guidance.
To secure accounts, detect abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
To communicate important service notices when necessary.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use a strong password and keep your device updated.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist us (for example, cloud hosting or analytics) under strict confidentiality and processing agreements.
If you use a third-party face-scan SDK integrated into O2Magic, that vendor may process camera frames or derived signals according to their documentation and your permissions. We recommend reviewing the vendor’s privacy terms when you enable scanning.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
You may contact us using the details below to exercise applicable rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for analytics without identifying you.
O2Magic is not directed at children under the age where parental consent is required in your jurisdiction. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
If you use our services from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred and processed across borders. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version in the app and adjust the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be highlighted in-app where appropriate.
